WCS and DGAC Join Forces to Combat Wildlife Trafficking in Ecuador

In a joint effort to protect biodiversity and combat wildlife trafficking in Ecuador, the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGAC) and the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) have signed an Inter-institutional Cooperation Agreement to strengthen capacities at airports through equipment and training of personnel in order to prevent illegal activities against wildlife.

Wildlife Conservation Society and Avianca join forces to prevent wildlife trafficking in Latin America

Avianca and the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) are joining forces to combat wildlife trafficking through the signing of an agreement that will not only strengthen the airline's prevention efforts but will also include the technical knowledge and experience of WCS in fighting wildlife trafficking.
